Thai massage is known as“Lazy Man’s Yoga’ in the West. In this massage, you can expect yogic stretches, range of motion techniques,  and  an emphasis on the joints and feet. This modality of massage focuses on opening up,“Sen Lines”, which are energy lines in our body. Thai massage is great for skiers and can help with mobility and range of motion. This session comes with Hot Thai Compresses filled with anti-inflammatory herbs such as ginger, turmeric, camphor, and lemongrass.  

Hot Stones are heated to around 120 degrees and used as an extension of the Therapist’s hands while massaging.  Hot stones can increase blood flow and circulation to areas of tension. This session includes our house infused peppermint massage oil, your choice of aromatherapy, and hot towel compresses. Just like the sun melts the snow this massage will be sure to melt tension.

We suggest enhancing this service with Facial Gua Sha with our house infused rosehip jojoba vitamin E oil  

Cupping is an ancient modality where cups are places on the body, then moved around creating myofascial release. Cups also bring blood flow and nutrition to tight muscles. This session includes our house infused calendula oil which is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and antibacterial. We will also apply a hot pack on the abdomen with Castor oil to aid in the detoxification process.  

We suggest enhancing this experience with a full body herbal scrub and exfoliation.

$20 Castor oil is massaged on the abdomen and a heated clay pack is placed on top. Castor oil is a rich, amazing, miracle oil that is great for stretch marks, scars, and detox.

$20/ House made calendula face mask with hot towels and aromatherapy of your choice.  

Hot Thai Compress

$20/ Straight from Thailand, this compress is filled with herbs like ginger, lemongrass, and camphor. We steam it and then massage it into sore muscles.
